If you'd prefer to collect your purchase from your nearest Berry's store, then our free Click & Collect service is for you.
Place your order and pay online, then collect your purchase at one of our seven UK stores - CLICK HERE to find your nearest store.
Simply select the Click & Collect option at check-out and choose your preferred store. We'll send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched, which will usually be within 2-5 days. There are some factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability, if we have to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If the delivery of your order has to be extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
Click & Collect is not available on Interest Free or PayPal purchases as these orders must be delivered to the billing address.
Collecting Your Purchase:
Please bring a copy of your order email with you along with the payment card used to pay for your purchase and a further form of identification such as:
▪; Photo ID - such as a valid passport, driving licence or ID Card
▪; A utility bill or bank statement issued within the last six months
For security reasons, purchases will only be released to the person who placed the order, and only upon production of the above documentation.
